| 摘 要： | 作者用聚乙二醇-20M(PEG-20M)对高分子多孔微球102(GDX-102)改性作色谱固定相,用气相色谱法测定酒中的甲醇和杂醇油两项卫生指标。恒温操作,一次直接进样可以同时定量分析酒中的甲醇、正丙醇、仲丁醇、异丁醇、正丁醇、仲戊醇、异戊醇、正戊醇、正己醇和部分芳香成分及醛类。对几种不同风味的商品酒样进行测定,获得了满意的结果。

| Abstract: | The determination of methanol and fu-sel oil in potable spirits was accomplished byusing GDX-102 modified with 5% of poly-ethylene glycol(PEG-20M) as gas chromato-graphic stationary phase. By direct injectionquantitative measurements of 16 componentsin potable spirits could be made, they weremethanol, propanol, sec.-butanol, isobu-tanol, butanol, sec. -pentanol, isopentanol,pentanol, hexanol, ethyl acetate, ethylbutyrate ethyl Valerate, ethyl lactate, ethylcaproate, acetaldehyde and furfural. Thedetermination of several commercial semplesof spirits of various flavours was carried outwith quite satisfactory results. Results of the determination indicatethat by using the colu?n described above,not only sanitary monitoring of methanol,fusel oil and furfural in potable spirits canbe performed effectively, but also the de-termination of some aromatic components andaldehydes in spirits can be accomplishedsimultaneously. This method is simple,rapid, sensitive and precise. |
