| 摘 要： | 应用多普勒超声心动图对３０名慢型克山病（ＫＤ）患者，１６名缺血性心肌病（ＩＣＭ）患者以及２０名正常人从心脏学形态学、血流动力学以及心脏功能三个方面进行鉴别诊断探讨。结果表明：（１）ＫＤ组心脏均呈普大型，室壁活动多呈弥漫性减弱；ＩＣＭ组心脏亦均扩大，但程度轻于ＫＤ组，多呈现为节段性室壁活动障碍。（２）ＫＤ组瓣膜返流发生率较ＩＣＭ组高，返流程度较ＩＣＭ组严重。（３）两组收缩与舒张功能均降低。（４）存在ＭＲ的病人不能单凭二尖瓣血流变化作为评价舒张功能指标。

| Abstract: | Doppler echocardiography was used to distinguish chronic Keshan disease (KD) from ischemic cardiomyopathy (ICM) in cardiac morphology,hemodynamics and heart functions,and 30 cases of KD,16 cases of ICM and 2 normal persons were studied.The resuts showed:(1)In morphology,the heart of KD patients is almost enlarged and the ventricular wall motion is widely decreased.But the degree of heart eulargement in ICM patients is relatively mild and the ventricular wall motion in most of cases is sectionally disordered.(2)The incidence of valvular regurgitation in KD group is much higher than that in ICM group (P<0.01),and the degree is more severe (P<0.01). |
