超选择性颈外动脉栓塞术在颌面部大出血急救中的应用

目的探讨超选择性颈外动脉栓塞术在颌面部大出血急救中的应用价值。方法对7例颌面部大出血患者紧急行超选择性颈外动脉栓塞术,通过数字血管减影造影技术,选择性地栓塞舌动脉、颌外动脉、颌内动脉等颈外动脉分支,观察止血的效果。结果应用超选择性颈外动脉栓塞术后,5例患者完全止血,2例患者基本止血,未出现栓塞术并发症。结论超选择性颈外动脉栓塞术是一种快速、安全、有效治疗颌面部大出血的新方法。

Clinical Application of Superselective External Carotid Arterial Embolotherapy in Emergency of Massive Maxillofacial Hemorrhage

Objective To explore the value of superselective external carotid arterial embolotherapy in emergency of massive axillofacial hemorrhage. Methods Seven cases with massive maxillofacial hemorrhage were treated by superselective external carotid arterial embolotherapy in emergency. With digital subtraction angiography, the ramus of the external carotid arterial as lingual artery, facial artery or maxillary artery were embolized in seletivity, and the effect of hemostasia was observed. Results With superselective external carotid arterial embolotherapy, the bleeding was stopped completely in 5 cases and basically in the rest 2 cases. There was no serious complication in all cases. Conclusion Superselective external carotid arterial embolotherapy is regarded as a fast, safe, and effective approach for the emergency of massive maxillofacial hemorrhage.
