抗抑郁治疗对冠心病PCI术后合并抑郁症近期疗效观察

目的：观察抗抑郁治疗对冠心病冠状动脉介入治疗（PCI）术后合并抑郁症患者12周后的疗效。方法：对66例确诊为冠心病并行PCI术后合并有抑郁症患者随机分为两组：治疗组（34例）和对照组（32例）,对照组采用正规冠心病二级预防治疗方案,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用黛力新（氟哌噻吨美利曲辛）片治疗;两组均治疗12周,对照两组中汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评分、心绞痛症状控制、6min步行距离,心电图ST段压低程度及心脏彩超左室射血分数（LVEF）值等指标。结果：与对照组相比,治疗组在HAMD评分、心绞痛症状控制、6min步行距离,心电图ST段压低程度等方面均有明显改善（P〈0.01）,但是心脏彩超LVEF值两组间无明显差异。结论：对冠心病PCI术后合并抑郁症患者使用抗抑郁治疗12周可缓解患者抑郁症状及心绞痛症状,改善运动耐量及心肌缺血等。

Short-term Effect of Antidepressant Treatment on Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Depression after PCI

Objective：To explore the effect of antidepressant treatment for 12 weeks on patients with coronary heart disease（CHD） and depression after PCI.Method：66 cases with CHD and depression after PCI were divided into two groups randomly.The control group took normal CHD secondary prevention treatment,the therapy group were treated with deanxit（Flupentixol and Melitracen） on the basis of treatment of control group.All lasted for 12 weeks.Hamilton depression rating scale（HAMD）,angina pectoris symptom control,6 minutes walking distance,electrocardiogram ST-segment low degree and left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF） value by echocardiography were compared between two groups.Result：Hamilton depression rating scale（HAMD）,angina pectoris symptom control,6 minutes walking distance and electrocardiogram ST-segment low degree in therapy group were significantly improved than those in control group（P〈0.01）.The values of LVEF were no significant difference between two groups.Conclusion：Antidepressant treatment for 12 weeks can relieve the symptom of angina pectoris and depression,improve exercise tolerance and myocardial ischemia in patients with CHD and depression after PCI.
