2003～2008年铜绿假单胞菌的分离率及耐药性变迁

目的调查铜绿假单胞菌的分离率及耐药性变迁,为临床合理应用抗菌药物提供依据。方法采集临床可疑感染患者的标本,进行分离培养、鉴定,以CLSI/NCCLS推荐的纸片扩散法进行药敏试验,对2003年1月~2008年12月所得1450株铜绿假单胞菌进行回顾性分析。结果2003~2008年铜绿假单胞菌的分离率分别为:3.0%、4.2%、6.1%、7.2%、9.1%、6.9%,6年中铜绿假单胞菌对常用抗菌药物耐药率有普遍上升趋势,但阿米卡星耐药率逐年下降,对铜绿假单胞菌耐药率40.0%的药物有阿米卡星、环丙沙星、头孢他啶、亚胺培南。结论铜绿假单胞菌的分离率及耐药率有增高的趋势,当引起临床重视。

Dynamic Changes in Isolation Rate and Drug Resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa 2003-2008

OBJECTIVE To investigate the trend of isolation rate and drug resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to offer reliable basis in using reasonable antibiotic.METHODS After the 1450 patient's specimens were collected for cultureing the antibiotic sensitivity was done with K-B method recommended by CLSI/NCCLS.RESULTS The isolation rate of P.aeruginosa strains from 2003 to 2008 was respectively 3.0%,4.2%,6.1%,7.2%,9.1%,6.9%.There was an increasing tendency of the resistance rates to the commonly used antibioticterial in P.aerug-inosa during past six years,but amikacin was decreasing.The resistant rate of P.aeruginosa below 40.0%was toimipenem,ceftazidime,amikacin and ciprofloxacin respectively.CONCLUSIONS The isolation rate and drug resistance of P.aeruginosa show the increasing trend and should be given close attention.
