注射用盐酸氨溴索溶解方法及与常用药物配伍稳定性考察

目的：考察在室温条件下注射用盐酸氨溴索溶解方法及与多种临床常用药物配伍稳定性。方法：模拟临床配制方法．将盐酸氨溴索与常用溶媒及临床常用药物配伍后．观察溶液pH值和澄清度变化。结果：盐酸氨溴索在常用溶媒中8小时内PH值与溶液澄清度保持稳定，但溶媒量减少后出现浑浊现象。药物与一些注射剂如头孢呋辛、亚胺培南西司他丁、美罗培南．氨茶碱、二羟丙茶碱、地塞米松、氢化可的松、甲泼尼龙．奥美拉唑、维生素C及呋噻米配伍后产生白色浑浊。结论：注射用盐酸氨溴索最好选用葡萄糖作为稀释溶媒，溶解药物时，一次抽液量不宜少于5ml.本品不宣与头孢呋辛、亚胺培南西司他丁、美罗培南、氨茶碱、二羟丙茶碱、地塞米松、氢化可的松、甲泼尼龙、奥美拉唑、维生素C及呋噻米等注射剂药物配伍。

Dissolution Method and Compatibility of Ambroxol Hydrochloride for Injection with Drugs

Objective： To study the dissolution method and compatibility with ambroxol hydrochloride injection drugs under normal atmosphere temperature. Methods： The changes of clarity and pH values of solution were observed after mixing with common solvents and drugs, by simalation of clinical perparation me thod. Results： clarity and pH values remained stable in 8 hours after mixing with common solvents. But there is the phenomenon of turbidity in less volume solvents. White turbidity appeared after mixing ambroxol hydrochloride with cefuroxime, imipenem and cilastatin, meropenem, aminophylline, diprophylline, dexamethasone, hydrocortisone, methylprednisolone, omeprazole, vitamin C and furosemide injection. Conclusions： Glucose was the most appropriate dilution of solvent for ambroxol hydrochloride, and pumping liquid volume should not be less than 5ml once when dissolving drugs. Ambroxol hydrochloride can not be compatible with cefuroxime, imipenem and cilastatin, meropenem, aminophylline, diprophylline, dexamethasone, hydrocortisone, methylprednisolone, omeprazole, vitamin C and furosemide injection.
