“益气活血方”对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病左心室功能不全的疗效观察

目的：探讨“益气活血方”对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病（冠心病）患者左心室功能不全的治疗效果。方法：４０例冠心病患者口服益气活血方药，每日１剂，治疗３０日（１个疗程）与正常对照组３０例作比较，观察治疗前后左心室收缩与舒张功能的变化。结果：患者治疗前后左室收缩功能各指标均无显著性差异（Ｐ均＞０．０５），而治疗后舒张功能各指标显示舒张早期血流峰值速度（Ｅ）较治疗前升高，舒张晚期血流峰值速度（Ａ）降低，Ａ／Ｅ降低，差异均有显著性（Ｐ均＜０．０１）。结论：“益气活血方”有改善冠心病患者左心室舒张功能不全的作用

Observation on therapeutic efficacy of Yiqi Huoxue Recipe on left ventricular insufficiency with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of Yiqi Huoxue Recipe on left ventricular insufficiency with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease (CAHD).Methods:Forty cases of CAHD were treated with oral Yiqi Huoxue Recipe,one dose every day,30 days as a therapy course,then to compared with control group ( n =30).Moreover,to observe the changes in left cardial ventricular systolic and diastolic function between preand posttherapy.Results:There was no difference in parameters of left cardial ventricular systolic between preand posttherapy (all P >0 05);the parameters of diastolic function after therapy were showed that peak velocity of blood stream in early stage (E) was raised than before therapy;but in late stage (A) was decreased (A/E ratio decreased),there have obvious difference between preand posttherapy (all P <0 01).Conclusions:Yiqi Huoxue Recipe can improve left ventricular diastolic insufficiency in patients with CAHD.
