利培酮联合米氮平或帕罗西汀治疗精神分裂症阴性症状的对照研究

目的比较利培酮联合米氮平或帕罗西汀治疗精神分裂症阴性症状的疗效。方法将80例以阴性症状为主的精神分裂症患者随机分为两组,利培酮联合米氮平组(A组)和利培酮联合帕罗西汀组(B组),各40例。两组患者分别用利培酮联合米氮平、帕罗西汀治疗12周。治疗前后分别用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)和不良反应量表(TESS)评定两组患者的疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组患者疗效间差别无统计学意义(P>0.05);PANSS阴性因子分、一般精神病理分和总分间差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者PANSS阳性因子分、阴性因子分和总分与治疗前比较,差别有统计学意义(P<0.01)。均未发生严重不良反应。结论利培酮联合米氮平或帕罗西汀治疗精神分裂症阴性症状均有较好疗效。

A Comparative Study of Risperidone Combined with Mirtazapin and Paroxetine Respectively in Treatment of Negative Symptoms of Schizophrenia

Objective To compare the curative effects of risperidone combined with mirtazapin and paroxetine respectively in treating negative symptoms of schizophrenia.Methods A total of 80 patients with negative symptoms of schizophrenia were randomly divided as A group for which risperidone plus mirtazapin was given and B group for which risperidone plus paroxetine was given,with 40 in each.The treatment course was 12 weeks.The curative effects and side effects were evaluated with positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS)and treatment emergent symptom scale(TESS)before and after treatment.Results After treatment,between the two groups there was no significant difference in curative effect(P>0.05);but there were significant differences in negative factor score,general psychopathological score and total score of PANSS(P<0.05).There were significant differences in negative factor score,positive factor score and total score of PANSS in the patients of the two groups between before and after treatment(P<0.01).There was no serious side effect for the patients of both groups.Conclusion Risperidone treatment combined with either mirtazapin or paroxetine is of better effect for negative symptoms of schizophrenia.
