| 摘 要： | 目的 了解水痘的流行病学特征,为制定可靠的防治策略提供指导.方法 回顾性分析2005年至2011年我院的水痘报病资料,进行描述性统计学分析.结果 2005年至2011年的患者人数分别为61例、114例、123例、166例、97例、115例、147例,呈逐年增加的趋势;发病主要集中在12月和1月,冬春季节好发;发病年龄呈上升趋势,成人水痘患者越来越多.结论 应积极做好水痘的防控工作,尤其是冬春季节,重视对年龄偏大患者的治疗,积极预防并发症的出现.

| Abstract: | ObJective To study the epidemiological characteristics of varicella in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical College from 2005 to 2011.Method The data of varicella patients from Jan 2005 to Dec 2011 was analyzed. Results There were 823 cases in all. Most of the patients were 2 - 10 years old, but the onset age had been increasing year by year. The proportion of adult varicella patients was increasing yearly from 2005 to 2011 .Most of the patients occurred in December and January. Conclusion We should pay attention to the prevention and control of varicella. |
