神经节苷脂治疗手足口病并神经系统损害的临床疗效观察

摘    要:目的 探讨神经节苷脂对手足口病患儿神经系统损害的临床疗效.方法 选取我院2009年2月至2011年2月140例住院的手足口病并神经系统损害的患儿,随机分为治疗组(70例)和对照组(70例),两组均常规给予抗病毒、抗感染、对症等常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用神经节苷脂20 mg静脉滴注,疗程为10天.对照组则使用胞二磷胆碱0.125~0.25 g/d静滴.对两组患儿的脑电图、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、主要症状和体征恢复时间进行比较.结果 治疗组患儿的脑电图恢复正常者65例(92.8%),神经元特异性烯醇化酶(21±4)μg/L,主要症状和体征恢复正常的时间均比对照组短,上述指标经t检验,P值均<0.05,差异有统计学意义.结论 神经节苷脂治疗手足口病并发的神经系统损害疗效确切,能够减少后遗症的发生,而且安全可靠.

Abstract:Objective To explore the efficacy of Ganglioside for hand, foot and mouth disease ( HFMD ) complicated with central nervous system damage in pediatric patients, Methods 140 pediatric patients with HFMD complicated with central nervous system damage who were hospitalized into our hospital from Feb. 2009 to Feb. 2011 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 70 for each group. All patients in both groups were treated with anti-virus drug and anti-infectious drug and received symptomatic treatment. Besides these, patents in treatment group were intravenously cured with 20 mg ganglioside for 10 days, while patients in control group were intravenously treated with citicoline, 0.125-0.25 g/d. The electroencephalogram ( EEG ) and neuron-specific enolase ( NSE ), the duration of main symptoms and signs, time to recover, and hospital stay of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results 65( 92.8% ) patients in treatment group recovered in electroencephalogram( EEG )and neuron-specific enolase( NSE ). the duration of the main symptoms and signs, time to recover, and hospital stay were significantly shorter in treatment group than in control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions Ganglioside for hand, foot and mouth disease ( HFMD ) complicated with central nervous system damage is efficacious safe, and reliable and can reduce sequelae incindence.
