护士床边工作制对提高百多邦加马铃薯治疗化疗性静脉炎的效果观察

目的 探讨护士床边工作制对提高百多邦加马铃薯治疗化疗性静脉炎的疗效的影响.方法 选择40例用百多邦加马铃薯治疗的化疗性静脉炎患者为对照组,40例用百多邦加马铃薯治疗并实施了护士床边工作制的化疗性静脉炎患者为观察组,分别于治疗后4、24、48 h对治疗的效果进行比较.结果 观察组在治疗后的4、24、48 h的效果均优于对照组(77.5％、90.0％、100％vs.47.5％、72.5％、87.5％,P＜0.05).结论 护士床边工作制可提高百多邦加马铃薯治疗化疗性静脉炎的效果.

Bedside nursing system on enhancement of the efficacy of mupirocin combined with potato slices for chemotherapy-induced phlebitis

Objective To explore the effects of bedside nursing system on enhancement of the efficacy of mupirocin combined with potato slices for chemotherapy-induced phlebitis. Methods 40 patients with chemotherapy- induced phlebitis who were treated with mupirocin plus potato slices and who received bedside nursing system were assigned to study group and 40 who received only combination therapy with mupirocin and potato slices were assigned to control group. The efficacy was compared between the two groups 4, 24, and 48 hours after treatment. Results The study group was superior to the control group in the efficacy g, 24, and 48 hours after treatment （ 77.5% vs. 47.5%, 90.0% vs. 72.5%, and 100% vs. 87.5%; P 〈 0.05 ）, Conclusions Bedside nursing system can improve the efficacy of mupirocin combined with potato slices in the treatment of chemotherapy-induced phlebitis.
