腹腔镜修补术治疗胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔的疗效观察

目的 探讨腹腔镜治疗胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔修补术的临床疗效.方法 将98例胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔患者随机分为两组,对照组49例行传统开腹手术,观察组49例行腹腔镜手术治疗,并比较两组患者的疗效.结果观察组的手术时间、术后出血量、镇痛剂使用率、术后肛门排气时间、首次排便时间、住院时间、术后并发症与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 腹腔镜下行胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔修补术具有操作简便、易掌握、创伤小、对脏器干扰小、手术时间短、疼痛轻、恢复快、并发症少等优点,是一种安全、可靠、有效的理想治疗方法.

Laparoscopic neoplasty for perforation of gastro-duodenal ulcer

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic neoplasty for perforation of gastro-duode- nal ulcer. Methods 98 patients with perforation of gastro-duodenal ulcer were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 49 for each group. The control group were treated with conventional laparotomy, while the observation group were treated with laparoscopic neoplasty. The efficacies in both groups were compared. Results The operation time, bleeding volume after surgery, usage of pain killer, time to anus exhaustion after surgery, the first-bowel-movement time, hospitalization time, complications after surgery of the observation group statistically differed from that of the control group（ P〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Laparoscopic neoplasty for perforation of gastro-duodenal ulcer is easy to handle and command, wounds the patients and disturbs the viscera less, shortens operation time, has less ache, speeds the patients＇ recovery, and has fewer complications, it is a safe, dependable, effective, and ideal therapeutic method.
