口腔诊疗时咽反射敏感用地卡因喷雾的疗效观察

目的：探讨减轻慢性咽炎伴咽反射敏感患者口腔病治疗时恶心与肌紧张反应的有效方法。方法：选取2003—03-2004—02间因龋病来我科就诊出现咽反射敏感患者24例，随机分为对照组、实验组(各12例)，分别采取10g／L地卡因喷于口咽部和包括语言劝导、播放音乐在内的心理护理。结果：实验组在控制治疗过程中恶心、肌紧张较对照组有明显减轻；音乐只在缓解肌紧张方面有一些作用。结论：将表面喷雾麻醉剂引入口腔科治疗，解决咽反射敏感效果良好。

Evaluation of effects of spray anesthesia on pharyngeal sensitivity

AIM:To evaluate the effects of anesthetic spray on alleviating nausea and muscular tension of pharynx in sensitive patient during dental treatment.METHODS:From march 2003 to february 2004,24 patients with severe pharyngeal sensitivity were randomly assigned into two experimental and control groups equally.In the experimental group,patients were sprayed with 10 g/L dicaine on oropharynx,while patients in the control group received psychological care,including talk and music.RESULTS:Anesthetic treatment can alleviate nausea and muscular tension significantly,while music can alleviate muscular tension only.CONCLUSION:Pharyngeal anesthetic spray is an effective way to alleviate the pharynx sensitivity.
