| 摘 要： | 目的观察僵蚕抗凝物质(ACIBB)对血小板聚集的影响。方法在体外与体内观察ADP与凝血酶的诱导血小板的反应。结果与其相比无论ADP或凝血酶作为诱导剂,阿司匹林(ASA)与ACIBB明显降低血小板最大凝聚率,而且这一抑制作用呈剂量依赖关系。但ASA与ACIBB之间的抗血小板作用之差异无统计学意义。结论ACIBB对血小板的凝聚抑制作用,可能是僵蚕抗血栓的机理之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the effect of the anticoagulant components in bombyx batryticatus (ACIBB) on platelet aggregation. Methods Platelet aggregation induced by ADP or thrombin was determined in vitro and vivo. Results In contrast to normal saline, both the inhibitory effects of aspirin and ACIBB were in dose-dependent manner . But the difference of the antiplatelet effect between aspirin and ACIBB was not statistically significant. Conclusion The inhibitory effect of ACIDB on platelet aggregation may be one of the antithrombotic mechanicms for bombyx batryticatus. |
