| 摘 要： | [目的 ]探讨肝硬化患者血清胆碱酯酶活力与病情发展的关系 .[方法 ]采用全自动生物化学分析仪测定肝硬化患者组与对照组血清胆碱酯酶活力、白蛋白及总胆红素浓度 .[结果 ]肝硬化患者血清胆碱酯酶活力明显降低 ,且随着肝细胞损害程度的加深和病情的加重而降低 ,与血清白蛋白呈正相关 ,与胆红素呈负相关 .[结论 ]胆碱酯酶活力下降可反映肝组织损害的程度 ,且为判断预后提供依据

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To study the relation between the activity of serum cholinesterase and development of liver cirrhosis.?METHODS?The concentration of cholinesterase, albumin, total bilirubin of serum in liver cirrhosis and contrast group was detected by automatic chemical analyzer.?RESULTS?The activity of cholinesterase in liver cirrhosis was obviously decrease and was gradually decreased with following aggravation of injured degree of hepatocyte and state of cirrhosis, and it had positive correlation with the albumin and negative correlation with total bilirubin.?CONCLUSION?The decreased activity of cholinesterase could reflect the injured degree of liver and provide the evidence for estimating the prognosis of cirrhosis. |
