摘    要:
目的 探讨督导强化模式在护士球囊面罩通气技术培训中的应用与效果.方法 将我院护士根据院区不同分成观察组(n=856)和对照组(n=234).先对两组用统一的培训方法进行培训,然后对观察组利用培训导师对本科室护士的球囊面罩通气技术进行督导强化.对观察组与对照组在不同时间的考核成绩与合格率进行统计比较.结果 在培训后的第3、6、9个月考核中,观察组的平均成绩和合格率均高于对照组,以第9个月明显(P<0.05);另外对照组的平均成绩和合格率随着时间的延长逐渐降低,而观察组下降不明显,相反在第9个月的考核中其平均成绩和合格率均高于前两次考核(P<0.05).结论 督导强化培训模式提高了护士使用球囊面罩通气的熟练程度,值得在临床教学培训中推广.

Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the effect of strengthen supervision mode on nurse training of Balloon Mask Ventilation Technology(BBVT). Methods The nurses in our hospital were divided into control group(n=234) and observation group(n=856) according to different hospital district. The exam results and qualified rate were compared. Results The exam results and qualified rate in observation group were higher than those in control group in 3th,6th,9th month after training,especially in 9th month(P〈0.05). Otherwise,the average exam results and qualified rate decreased gradually with time's lengthening in control group. But it didn't decrease in observation group; it increased in 9th month(P〈0.05). Conclusion The strengthen supervision training mode can improve the nurse's proficiency of BBVT and is worth being generalized in nurse training.
