卫生专业技术人员医疗器械不良事件认知度调查分析

目的通过对医疗机构133名卫生专业技术人员医疗器械不良事件认知度的调查,分析目前医疗机构在医疗器械不良事件监测工作中存在的问题,为相关机构提供参考信息和依据。方法设计问卷调查表,由调查员分发到各科室填写,现场收回。结果与结论被调查者中对不良事件的定义和相关知识认识不足,机构监测力度不够等直接影响医疗机构医疗器械不良事件报告率。应积极开展培训宣传工作,加强用械监管力度,做好信息反馈工作,保障人民群众用械安全。

Survey and Analysis on Cognition of Medical Device Adverse Events among Healthcare Professionals and Technical Personnel

Objective To investigate the cognition degree on Medical Device Adverse Events（MDAE） among healthcare professionals, analyse the problems that exist in the monitoring so as to provide information for the relevant agencies. Methods The investigators distributed questionnaire to various departments and collected at the scene. Results and conclusion The people who had been investigated had a low level cognition about knowledge of MDAE and monitoring was not enough, which affect reporting rate. We should actively carry out training and propaganda, strengthen supervision, using the information to do a good job in feedback, so as to ensure the safety of using medical devices.
