| 摘 要： | 胃肝样腺癌(Hepatoid adenocarcinoma of the stomach,HAS)属于胃癌中较为罕见的一种病例类型,恶性程度极高,预后差,易发生肝脏及淋巴结转移。本文报道1例近期发生的胃肝样腺癌病例,以期提高临床医师对这类疾病的认识和积累治疗经验。

| Abstract: | Hepatoid adenocarcinoma of the stomach ( HAS) belongs to one of the rare cases in gastric cancer types ,which has extremely high malignant degree and poor prognosis .Lymph node metastasis and liver me-tastasis are common in HAS.In this article,we reported alpha-fetoprotein-high-producing hepatoid adenocar-cinoma of the stomach(HAS),and reviewed the related literature at home and abroad in order to improve clinical physicians understanding of these diseases and treatment experience . |
