肛周湿疹继发感染及其影响因素分析

目的本研究调查了肛周湿疹继发感染情况,分析其流行病学相关危险因素,为肛周湿疹继发感染的临床预防与治疗提供依据。方法 2014年1月—2015年12月,收集在中国13个城市31所三级医院皮肤科就诊的所有肛周湿疹患者资料,进行肛周湿疹和继发感染情况分析,并分析其影响因素。结果研究共纳入177例肛周湿疹患者,平均初次发病年龄(39.27±14.87)岁,中位病程22个月,发生继发感染者97例,占54.8%。影响因素分析结果提示,具有婴儿湿疹史的肛周湿疹患者发生继发感染的风险是无婴儿湿疹史的3.74倍。结论肛周湿疹继发感染比例较高,有婴儿湿疹史的人群继发感染的可能性较高,对这类人群应该重点关注,积极预防继发感染的发生。

Analysis on secondary infection of perianal eczema and its influencing factors

Objective To investigate the secondary infection of perianal eczema and analyze its epidemiological influencing factors, so as to provide evidence for the prevention and clinical treatment of the secondary infection of perianal eczema. Methods From January 2014 to December 2015, patients with perianal eczema in 3 tertiary hospitals located in 3 cities were recruited for data collection and analysis. The prevalence of perianal eczema and the secondary infection were calculated, and its influencing factors were analyzed. Results A total of 177 cases of perianal eczema patients were included, and the average age of initial onset was 39.27 ± 14.87 years. The median duration of the perianal eczema was 22 months, and 97 patients had the secondary infection, accounting for 54.8%. Influencing factors analysis demonstrated that risk of developing secondary infection of perianal eczema patients with infantile eczema was 3.74 times the patients without infantile eczema. Conclusion The prevalence of secondary infection of perianal eczema is high. The patients with infantile eczema have a high risk to get secondary infection when they suffer from perianal eczema and they should be carefully nursed to avoid secondary infection.
