| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨TXB2、6-keto-PGF1a在偏头痛发病机制中的作用。方法：用放免方法测定偏头痛患者发作期,间歇期TXB2、6-keto-PGF1a含量。结果：发作期TXB2明显升高。6-keto-PGF1a明显降低。结论：TXB2、6-keto-PGF1a的偏头痛的发作中起着一定的作用,其作用机制须进一步探讨。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore action of the mechanism of TXB 2 and 6-keto-PGF 1a in Patient with migraine.Method: Content of TXB 2 and 6-Keto-PGF 1a in patient of acute phase and intermitent of migraine were measured by RIA. Result: Content of TXB 2 in patient of acute phase increased markly than that of intermitent,6-keto-PGF 1a in patient with acute phase decreased markly than that of intermitent. Couclusion: TXB 2 and 6-keto-PGF 1a play a certain role in patient with migraine. |
