| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨老年患者骨折术后认知功能障碍的相关因素。方法：对2002年1月-2007年9月的58例年龄≥65岁的老年骨折患者进行回顾性分析。结果：8例出现精神和认知功能障碍，占同期手术者的13．8％。结论：老年患者骨折术后认知功能障碍与年龄、手术时间及骨折部位有关。 |

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the related factors of postoperative cognitive disorder （POCD） in elderly patients. Methods：To analyze the morbidity of postoperative cognitive disorder in 58 elderly patients, ≥65 years, from Jan.2002 to Sep.2007.Results：Among our study population , the rate of postoperative cognitive disorder is 13.8%.Age,operation time and bone fracture location were the main related factors.Conclusion：The incidence of postoperative cognitive disorder is related to age ,operation time and bone fracture location. |
