综合心理干预对乳腺癌患者生存质量的影响

目的 探讨综合性心理干预对乳腺癌患者化疗期间生存质量的影响.方法 将83例化疗期乳腺癌患者随机分为干预组和对照组,干预组除接受常规化疗及护理外还进行为期8周的综合性心理干预,对照组仅接受常规化疗及护理,以乳腺癌患者生命质量测定量表(FACT-B),焦虑自评量表(SAS),抑郁自评量表(SDS )为指标,评价心理干预对乳腺癌患者生存质量的影响.结果 综合性心理干预后干预组总的生存质量以及功能领域和情感领域[分别为(89.49±10.64)分,(15.73±5.50)分,(19.48±5.05)分]明显高于对照组[(分别为(79.68±16.75)分,(12.01±5.81)分,(14.38±4.13)分](P＜0.05),干预后乳腺癌患者的恶心及睡眠状况得到改善(P＜0.05),疼痛程度干预前后变化不明显(P＞0.05);干预后干预组的SAS、SDS评分[分别为(29.03±4.79)分,(30.67±6.12)分]与对照组[分别为(36.15±5.73)分, (42.88±9.45)分]差异具有显著性(P＜0.05).结论 综合性的心理干预能够改善乳腺癌患者的情绪状态,提高其生存质量.

The influence of comprehensive psychological intervention on the quality of life of breast cancer patients

Objective To explore the influence of comprehensive psychological intervention on the quality of life of patients with breast cancer. Methods Eighty three breast cancer patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group. The psychological intervention was performed on intervention group about eight weeks, and just the routine therapy and care were carried on patients in control group. Function Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Breast cancer(FACT-B), Zung's self-rating Depression Scale(SDS) and Zung's self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) were used to observed the effect of psychological intervention on the quality of life of breast cancer patients. Results The quality of life of breast cancer patients was obviously higher than that of the control group,especially in mood field and function field( P＜0.05);but the scores of anxiety and depression emotion were remarkably lower than that of control group( P＜0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive psychological intervention could effectively improve the mental state of breast cancer patients and enhance their quality of life.
