强心冲剂治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效观察分析*

【目的】通过临床试验、随访分析评价其治疗效果。【方法】采用随机、多中心、阳性药对照的原则，进行临床评价，随访研究分析强心冲剂的治疗效果。【结果】治疗组心功能、中医症状、Lee氏心力衰竭计分显效率分别为43．3％、43．3％、35．0％，总有效率为73．3％、83．3％、71．7％，对照组显效率分别为46．7％、35．0％、38．3％，总有效率为80．0％、81．7％、和80．0％。组间比较均P〉O．05。选取部分病例随访，继续服药8周后其疗效优于服药4周。停药6个月后，治疗组、对照组、西药组的再住院率分别为3．2％、6．8％、6．67％，心血管大事件发生率分别为6．4％、6．8％、10．0％。【结论】强心冲剂的“益气温阳，活血利水”改善心衰症状，降低心衰患者的再住院率、心血管大事件的发生率，疗效确切。

Clinical Effect Observation and Analysis of Qiangxin Composition on Treating Chronic Congestive Heart Failure

Objective] To evaluation the curative effect of Qiangxin composition by using clinical experiment and follow-up analysis study.Methods] To carry out clinical evaluation and follow-up analysis study on the curative effect of Qiangxin composition according to randomly, multicentre and control of masccline medicine principle.Results] The excellence rate of treatment group were individually 43.3%, 43.3%, 35% and total effective rate of treatrnent group were individually 73.3%, 83.3%, 71.7%, on the heart function, TCM symptoms and Lee scores of heart failure. The excellence rate of control group were individually 46.7%, 35%, 38.3% and total effective rate of treatment group were individually 80%, 81.7%, 80% on the heart function, TCM symptoms and Lee scores of heart failure. There weren't obviously differentiation between the treatment group and control group. To carry out follow-up study on the partly cases. The curative effect in eight weeks had an advantage than that in four weeks. The rehospitalization rate were individually 3.2%, 6.8%, 6.67% and the incidence rate of important heart vessel event were individually 6.4%, 6.8%, 10% in the treatment group, control group and western medicine group.Conclusion] The Qiangxin composition have a definite curative effect on improving symptoms of heart failure, decreasing rehospitalization rate and the incidence rate of important heart vessel event in the heart failure patients.
