日本血吸虫成虫抗原合并蚯蚓抗原对小鼠胸腺淋巴细胞及亚群的影响

摘    要:
BALB/c小鼠经可溶性日本血吸虫成虫抗原(SWAP)或/和可溶性蚯蚓抗原(SEWP)免疫后,观察、计数其胸腺T细胞总数、活性T细胞、L3T4细胞以及Lyt2细胞。结果显示,SWAP免疫组L3T4细胞明显增加(P<0.05);SEWP免疫组4个指标则均无明显变化(P>0.05);SWAP与SEWP混合制剂免疫组T细胞总数、活性T细胞以及L3T4细胞均显增加(P<0.05)。相关分析表明:CD+4T细胞(即L3T4细胞)在SWAP所诱导的保护性免疫力中可能起重要作用,而SEWP存在细胞免疫以外的其它可能保护性免疫机制,但SEWP与SWAP有明显的协同作用

Abstract:
To investigate Total thymocytes,active thymocytes,L3T4 cells and Lyt2 cells in BALB/c mice after being immunized with soluble S.japonicum worm antigen preparations(SWAP) or/and soluble earthworm preparations(SEWP).L3T4 cells were significantly increased in SWAP immunized group( P <0.05).No obvious changes happened in SEWP group.While total thymocytes,active thymocytes and L3T4 cells were all significantly increased ( P <0.05)in SWAT-SEWP jointly immunized group.The results suggest that CD4 cells(i.e.L3T4 cells) might play an important rele in the protective immunity elicited by SWAP,whereas SEWP have other possible protective immunity mechanisms.but there is obvious synergism between SEWP and SWAP.
