10年住院病人疾病构成分析

目的探讨住院病人疾病构成及其变化趋势,为医院管理和疾病防治工作提供信息服务.方法收集我院1995～2004年出院病案首页共100927份,以第一诊断为准进行疾病分类,对前10位疾病进行统计分析.结果妊娠、分娩和产褥期并发症,呼吸系统疾病,损伤和中毒,消化系统疾病,肿瘤,循环系统疾病等为本院住院病人的主要构成疾病.结论加强对前10位疾病的防治工作,降低发病率,提高广大居民的健康水平和生命质量.

Analysis of in-patient disease constitutes in 10 years

Objective Discusses the in-patient disease constitution and its change tendency, to provide information service to the hospital management and disease preventing and controlling. Methods Collects 100,927 medical records of leaving the hospital during the year of 1995-2004, to analyze the statistics of the first 10 diseases according to the nosology by taking the first diagnosis. Results The main constitution diseases of in-patient in the hospital are pregnancy, childbirth and puerperal period illness complication, respiratory system disease, damages and are poisoned, digesting system disease, tumor, circulatory system illness and so on. Conclusions To strengthen preventing and controlling work of the first 10 diseases, reducing the rate of disease incidence, and raise the general inhabitants' health standard and the life quality.
