| 摘 要： | 目的：总结原发性醛固酮增多症（PA）的诊治经验。方法：回顾性分析手术证实的42例PA患者的临床资料。结果：血钾值与血浆醛固酮（Ald）浓度及病程长短的决定系数，2分别为0．26、0．09（P分别为0．07、0．03），病灶大小与Ald、肾素（PRA）及ARR（血浆Ald／PRA比值）的相关系数r分别为0．56，0．48，0．09（P〉0．05）。B超、CT、MRI对病灶定位准确率分别为76．9％、96．2％、100％；定性准确率分别为53．5％、76．9％、93．8％。结论：血钾值与Ald浓度不具有相关性但与病程长短相关，病灶大小与血Ald，PRA及ARR不具有相关性。CT和MRI检查可提高疾病的诊断率。PA的病因决定其治疗方案。 |
