| 摘 要： | 目的调查南方城市公共场所螨类滋生状况。方法采用随机抽样方法抽取广东省韶关市宾馆、写字楼、商场、医院共56个场所,以透明胶粘贴法检测市内公共场所的螨类滋生状况。结果韶关市冬夏两季温度、湿度间差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);两季节在公共场所内均可检出螨类,冬季采样现场阳性率为7.1%,夏季采样现场阳性率为30.4%,冬夏两季差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.440,P0.05)。结论南方城市夏季螨类滋生较为严重,长期较高的温、湿度是螨类滋生的主要原因。

| Abstract: | Objective To obtain the basic status of mites in public places in Shaoguan city.Methods Random sampling method was adopted to detect mite with transparent plastics tape method in different public places such as hotel,mansion,market and hospital.Results Mite was found in the public places in winter and summer.The amount of mites in summer was higher than that of in winter.Mite detection rate was 30.4% in summer and 7.1% in winter.There was a significant difference in the detection rate between summer and win... |
