摘    要:目的 研制吗替麦考酚酯分散片.方法 以崩解度、硬度、分散均匀性、颗粒流动性和可压性为考察指标,采用湿法制拉工艺,对不同辅料组成的处方进行筛选.结果 以微晶纤维素为填充剂,交联PVP为崩解剂,淀粉浆为粘合剂的工艺制备的吗替麦考酚酯分散片崩解迅速,分散均匀,溶出快而完全,达到分散片的要求.结论 优化处方制备的分散片崩解迅速,溶出度高,工艺简单.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To prepare Mycophenolate mofetil dispersible tablets. METHODS Formulation with different adjuvants was optimized according to the disintegration time, hardness, compressibility, flowability and dispersible uniformity of tablets, made by the wet granulation technique. RESULTS The best formulation of Mycophenolate mofetil dispersible tablets was composed of microcrystalline cellulose as filler, crospovidone as disintegrant and starch as adhesive. The dispersible tablets dissolved fast and complete, dispersed uniformly and it meets the quality standards of dispersible tablets. CONCLUSION The prepared Mycophenolate mofetil dispersible tablets with the formula and the simple preparing technique have a quick disintegration and a high dissolution speed.
