| 摘 要： | 为了探讨小儿结核病的血清学诊断方法,作者用ELISA法检测了216例健康儿童及63例结核病患儿微量耳垂血中抗结核菌素纯蛋白衍生物抗体(抗PPDIgG)水平.结果:健康儿童抗PPDIgG随着年龄增长而增高.学龄前儿童及学龄儿童抗PPDIgG水平与PPD皮试反应状态无明显关系.患儿组的抗PPDIgG水平显著高于同年龄对照组.如果以健康儿童95％位数的OD值为正常值上限,本试验检查患儿的特异性为95％,敏感性在结核感染儿、3月至7岁及至12岁结核病患儿分别为50％,72.5％和72.7％.作者认为本法可以做为小儿结核病的辅助诊断方法.

| Abstract: | A little blood of earlobe from 216 healthy children and 63 children with tuberculosis were assayed for IgG antibody to purified protein derivative (PPD) of tuberculin with an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). IgG to PPD in healthy children increases with ages. The IgG in prcschoold and schooki age children are not related to the PPD skin test status. The assay showed a marked increase in IgG antibody in children with tuberculosis. The test indicates a specificity of 95.0% and a sensitivity of 50.0% in TB infected .patients, 715%-727% in patients with tuberculosis from 3 months to 12 years of age. This method may have potential value in the diagnostic of tuberculosis in children. |
