垂体生长激素腺瘤的超微结构观察

摘    要:①目的通过对生长激素腺瘤的电镜观察,探讨该肿瘤的电镜诊断类型以及电镜诊断生长激素腺瘤的临床指导意义。②方法将17例垂体生长激素腺瘤组织以不同的方法固定处理后,分别使用电子显微镜和光学显微镜进行观察。③结果电镜诊断为:密分泌颗粒型8例,疏分泌颗粒型8例,疏密颗粒混合型1例。光镜诊断为:嗜酸性细胞腺瘤10例,嫌色性细胞腺瘤4例,混合性(嗜酸性细胞腺瘤和嫌色性细胞腺瘤)细胞腺瘤3例。④结论垂体生长激素腺瘤的电子显微镜诊断较传统的光学显微镜诊断更确切,其基础研究及临床作用也更有意义。电子显微镜诊断与血激素浓度测定相结合,对临床垂体腺瘤诊断及药物治疗和手术治疗有很大的指导作用

Abstract:Objective To study the ultrastructure of growth hormone adenoma by electron microscope and discuss its clinical significance in diagnosing and treatment of growth hormone adenoma. Methods Growth hormone pituitary adenoma specimens from 17 patients were fixed and observed under electron microscope and light microscope. Results Observation under electron microscope showed that there were 8 cases of DGGHA, 8 cases of SGGHA and 1 case of mixed type (DGGHA and SGGHA) . Obsevation under light microscope showed that there were 10 cases of acidophilic adenoma, 4 cases of chromophobic adinoma and 1 case of mixed type (acidophilic and chromophobic). Conclusion Diagnosis of growth hormone pituitary adenoma by electron microscope is more presies than by the classical light microscope. The combination of electron microscope and serum hormone assay will provide important instruction for clinical therapy.
