乳房切除并腋淋巴结清除治疗早期乳癌疗效分析

目的总结乳房切除并腋淋巴结清除对早期乳腺癌的远期疗效。方法施行乳房切除并腋淋巴结清除术(MAD组)59例,Halsted根治术(HRM组)73例,所有病例均随访5年以上。结果MAD组和HRM组5年生存率分别为84.7%和86.3%,差异无显著意义。MAD组局部复发率为7.6%,HRM组为5.5%;MAD组远处转移率为15.3%,HRM组为13.7%,两组相比无显著差异。结论乳房切除并腋淋巴结清除术与Halsted根治术在5年生存率、局部复发率及远处转移率无显著性差异(P>0.05),其远期疗效与Halsted根治术相同。

Mastectomy and axilla dissection for early stage breast cancer

Objective Summarize the long-term therapeutic result of mastectomy and axilla lymphanodes dissection (MAD) for early stage breast cancer.Methods 132 cases of early stage breast cancer were divided into 2 groups.59 cases were treated with mastectomy and axilla lymphanodes dissection (group MAD),73 cases were treated with Halsted radical mastectomy (group HRM).Follow-up of all cases were at least for 5 years.Results The 5-year survival rate were 84.7% and 86.3%,respectively in groups MAD and HRM. The rate of local recurrence was 7.6% in group MAD and 5.5% in group HRM.The metastasis rate in group MAD was 15.3%,in group HRM was 13.7%.There was no significant differences existed in two groups.Conclusions The 5-year survival rate,local recurrence and metastasis rate were no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).The long-term therapeutic result of mastectomy and axially dissection were the same effect as Halsted radical mastectomy for early stage breast cancer.
