摘    要:目的:探讨粒细胞集落刺激因子动员骨髓干细胞,对大鼠急性心肌梗死肌钙蛋白I的影响。方法:把20只大 鼠随机分为两组:对照组及试验组,每只大鼠均于24 h,7 d采血,测定心肌肌钙蛋白I的水平。结果:实验组心肌肌钙蛋白 I在24 h,7 d较对照组均显著下降(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论:粒细胞集落刺激因子通过动员骨髓干细胞,迁移到 心肌,修复受损的心肌,减少心肌肌钙蛋白I的释放。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of bone marrow stem cells mobilization on cardiac troponin-I in acute myocardial infartion rats. Methods Twenty rats were randomly divided into 2 groups. cTnI levels were measured in 24 hours and 7 days respectively. Results cTnI levels was decreased in 24 hours and 7 days in the experiment group (P<0. 05). There was a significant difference between the experiment group and control group. Conclusion G-CSF may decrease cTnI levels by mobilizated bone marrow stem cells and respairing injured myocardium.
