| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨P53、CerbB-2基因蛋白在膀胱癌中的分布及意义。方法 应用ABC免疫组织化学法，对66例人体膀胱癌进行研究。结果 P53、CerbB-2蛋白在正常膀胱中粘膜中表达均阴性，P53蛋白在膀胱癌中的阳性率为53％；CerbB-2蛋白在膀胱癌中的阳性率为45％。P53蛋白在2a内复发肿瘤的阳性率高于2a后复发肿瘤，相互间差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05），CerbB-2蛋白在2a内复发肿瘤的阳性率低于2a后复发肿瘤，相互间差异不具有统计学意义（P＞0．05）。结论 P53和CerbB-2基因蛋白表达均与膀胱癌的恶性程度有关，且P53蛋白对预后估计有一定的参考价值。

| Abstract: | Objective Expression of P53,C erbB 2 oncop ro teins were studied in the bladder carcinoma. Methods 66 cases of bladder carcinoma P53,CerbB 2 oncoproteins were studied by immunity histoche mical method. Results The results shown that normal bladder muc osa P53,C erbB 2 oncoprotains were all the negative. The positive of P 53,C erbB 2 oncoproteins were found in 53% and 45% of bladder carcinoma. It wa s found that the expression of P53,C erbB 2 oncoproteins were related to the gra de and stage of the tumor, and P53,C erbB 2 were closed related each other. Conclusion This observation suggested that P53,C erbB 2 oncopro tains might s erve as markers for the evaluation of the biological behave and prognosis of tra nsitional cell carcinoma of bladder. |
