医院在卫生经济管理中应当端正的几个观念

非营利医院的经营性，使卫生经济管理必然成为医院管理的一项重要内容。本文针对10多所医院在卫生经济的管理观念上存在的误区，提出医院在卫生经济管理中必须端正的五个观念，即：毛收入与经济效益、质量管理与经济管理、工作效率与经济效益、开源与节流、良性负债与恶性负债。

The operation of the non - profit hospital makes the management of health economy to be an important part of hospital management inevitably. This paper focuses on the misunderstanding of the concept a- bout health economy management in more than 10 hospitals, putting forward these five pairs of con- cepts that must be correct in the health economy hospital management ,these are： gross income and economic profit, quality management and economic management, egiciency and economic benefit, re- ducing expenditure, good debt and bad debt.
