| 摘 要： | 为了评价尿道下裂的治疗效果，对一期修复的小儿尿道下裂６３例进行回顾性研究。手术方法为带蒂包皮皮管或皮瓣相嵌法、尿道口基底带蒂皮瓣翻卷法和尿道口前移加阴茎头成形术。结果除２例发生细小尿瘘外，其余均获成功，成功率达９６．８％，外形满意。认为２～３岁为最佳手术时机，优先考虑利用包皮成形尿道 |

| Abstract: | children with hypospadias were surgically repaired during recent years. All the cases were successfully treated with MAGPI, Mathieu, Onlay or Duckett procedure except 2 complicated by a small fistula. The cosmetic results and voiding function were satisfactory. The operative success rate has been 96.8%. It is suggested that 2 to 3 year old is the appropriate time for hypospadias one stage reconstruction and urethroplasty with island prepuce would be the procedure of first choice. |
