| 摘 要： | 本文建立了精馏塔稳态机理模型和进料成分估计模型。在控制方案的设计中,采用了在线修正控制模型。考虑到限制条件变化时,必须相应调整操作变量。上述方案采用SPC控制,实施后,获得可观的经济效益。

| Abstract: | A steady-state optimizing control technique for a distillation column is developed. A steady-state model of the distillation column is built according to the normal oper ating data. Based on this a model inferning the feedstream componets is set up. In optimizing control scheme, the problems of model updating for optimization and the constraints changes on real system are considered. The optimizing control system works in industry with satifaction. |
