阴茎折断10例报告

目的：探讨阴茎折断的诊断与治疗方法。方法：10例阴茎折断患者。9例急诊行一期白膜修补术。结果：所有患者均通过病史和查体获得确诊。9例手术治疗效果良好，术后随访3个月～4年，阴茎无勃起功能障碍或痛性勃起。结论：绝大多数阴茎折断伤的病人通过病史和查体均能获得确诊，开放手术治疗效果良好，应该是首选方法。

Report of 10 cases penis fracture

Objective:To assess the diagnoseis and treatment of the fracture of the penis. Method: In ten patients who had fracture of the penis , nine of them had emergency operation of albuginea neoplasty. Rusult: All patients were diagnosed by case history and physical examination.Nine of them are good after operation, All patients were followed up for 3 months to 4 years postoperatively. None of them have erection dysfunction or erection with pain.Conclusion: Most patients of fracture of the penis can be diagnosed by case history and physical examination. The effect of operation are good and operation is the first choice.
