| 摘 要： | 目的：评价针刺疗程对椎动脉血液动力学的影响，方法：对32例椎动脉血液动力学紊乱的颈椎病患者，用TCD检测针刺颈夹脊穴的即刻与近期效应。结果：近期效应明显优于即刻效应（TCD参数Vp,Vm,Vd均P＜0．01），结论：针刺颈夹脊穴对调节颈椎病所致椎动脉血液动力学紊乱的效应具有持续性和积累性。

| Abstract: | Purpose To Assess effect of acupuncture on hemodynamics in vertebral artery. Methods The transient and short term effects of acupuncture at cervical Jiaji(EX B 2)points on hemodynamics were detected with TCD in 32 cases of cervical spondylosis with disturbance of hemodynamics in vertebral artery. Results The short term effect was significantly superior to the transient effect( P <0 01 for all TCD parameters Vp, Vm and Vd). Conclusion Acupuncture at cervical Jiaji(EX B 2) has continuative and cumulative effects in regulation of disturbance of hemodynamics in the vertebral artery induced by cervical spondylosis |
