| 摘 要： | 本文对乌干达金贾市医院小儿科1985年—1986两年年中的住院婴儿2063例作病种分析,住院病种以疟疾,急性腹泻,贫血,肺炎,新生儿破伤风,营养不良等为最多。另外镰状细胞病也是非洲黑人较为常见的疾病;从住院病种的病死率,住院患儿年龄分布,年龄与病死率的关系等,提出今后预防和治疗上述常见多发病的措施。 |

| Abstract: | The report makes an analysis of 2063 cases of patients with different diseases in the Pediatric Department of Jinja Hospital in Uganda in the past 2 years. The most common diseases is malaria, then acute diarrhea, pneumonia, neonatal tetanus and malnutrition, but sicklecell disease(anemia) is also a commonly encountered diseases among the African black people. From the mortality and the age distribution of the diseases and from the relationship between age and mortality, we put forward the measures to prevent and treat such diseases. |
