| 摘 要： | 目的：观察中西医结合治疗50例横经＜10mm泌尿系结石的疗效。方法：一般治疗,两组相同,包括用阿托品、硫酸镁类药物解痉及松弛平滑肌;大量饮水或补液,日入量＞2500ml;适当跳绳、患侧行单腿跳等活动,治疗组加用排石汤。结果：发现中西医结合排石有效率高达88％,与对照组有效率51．3％相比较有极显著差异（P＜0．01）。结论：中西医结合治疗有明显促进排出的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To obseve the effects for 50 cases with urinry calculus (cliameter of calculus<10mm)treated with combination of western and Traditional chinese medicine Method Both two groups were treated with atropine and magnesium sulfate,drinking water or venous transfusion.(total doses per day>2500ml)and moderate physieal exercise at the same time,Medicind herbs was applied to the treatment group.The operative rate of treatment group is 88% compared with the operative rate of control group(51.3%)two groups have significant difference.(P<0.01).Conclusion:Treatment with combination of western and TCM has significant effect on the lithecbole. |
