| 摘 要： | 目的探讨鸢尾苷抗动脉粥样硬化的作用机制。方法48只雄性Wistar大鼠,随机分为4组,高脂模型组、鸢尾苷大、小剂量组和阿托伐他汀阳性对照组。各组均以高脂饲料喂养2周后开始灌胃给药,通过免疫组化和RT-PCR方法检测血管组织中重要的动脉粥样硬化相关因子表达。结果鸢尾苷大、小剂量组及阿托伐他汀组血管壁中NF-κBp65表达量明显减少、MCP-1和ICAM-1 mRNA的表达均降低,与高脂模型组比较差异有显著意义(P0.01)。结论鸢尾苷可抑制高脂模型大鼠主动脉壁NF-κB和MCP-1、ICAM-1 mRNA的过度表达,这可能是其抗动脉粥样硬化作用的重要机制之一。 |
