摘    要:目的分析不同功效的6种人参属药材提取物的体外凝抗血活性差异。方法采用凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血酶原时间(APTT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)实验,探讨6种人参属药材提取物抗凝血活性的差异性;分析其抗凝血活性与皂苷含量的相关性。结果竹节参、珠子参及三七可显著延长PT、APTT,降低FIB水平,呈现明显的量效关系;而人参、西洋参及屏边三七无显著变化。竹节参、珠子参提取物的抗凝血活性明显强于三七提取物。6种人参属药材中人参皂苷含量与其抗凝血活性的相关性分析表明,PT与人参皂苷Rb2含量呈现显著的正相关;且人参皂苷Rb2可显著延长PT、APTT。结论 6种人参属药材抗凝血活性存在差异,且抗凝血活性与人参皂苷Rb2含量相关。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the effects of different extracts from six Panax species on coagulation properties in vitro. Methods The prothrombin time (PT), activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), fibrinogen (FIB) assays were used to investigate the difference of anticoagulant activity of extracts and the correlation between anticoagulant activity and saponin content in six Panax species. Results The results showed that Panax japonicus, P. japlcus, and P. notoginseng significantly prolonged PT and APTT, and reduced FIB content in a dose-dependent manner, while P. ginseng, P. quinquefolius, and P. stipuleanatus had no significant effects. Compared with the P. notoginseng group, the anticoagulant activity of the extracts of P. japonicus and P. japlcus was significantly stronger than that of P. notoginseng. Correlation analysis of ginsenoside content and anticoagulant activity showed that PT presented a positive correlation with ginsenoside Rb2 significantly. Ginsenoside Rb2 significantly prolonged PT and APTT. Conclusion In summary, and anticoagulant activity is related to ginsenoside Rb2 content.
