胃癌患者舌象特征研究概述

舌诊是中医诊断中较为客观的诊断方法，利用现代的光学分析技术能客观地反映出舌象的变化特点，能为中医辨证诊断提供客观依据。胃癌患者证型以及体质的变化直接反映于舌，通过更加客观化、微观化、智能化的舌象研究方法，可以探寻胃癌证型变化过程中舌象的诊断意义。本文概述了胃癌患者不同证型与舌象特征研究、胃癌患者与正常人的舌象特征比较、胃癌患者不同病理分型的舌象研究、胃癌患者治疗前后舌象临床观察、胃癌患者舌象与实验室指标的相关性研究，概述胃癌患者的舌象特征研究进展，以期为胃癌与舌象相关性研究提供参考，为胃癌的临床诊疗提供一定科学依据。

Overview of Tongue Manifestation Features in Patients with Gastric Cancer

Tongue diagnosis is a more objective diagnostic method in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) diagnosis.Using modern optical analysis technology can objectively reflect the changing features of tongue images and provide anobjective basis for TCM diagnosis. The changes of syndrome type and body constitution of patients with gastric cancer aredirectly reflected in the tongue. Through more objective, micro and intelligent methods of tongue study, the diagnosticsignificance of tongue in the process of syndrome differentiation of gastric cancer can be explored. This papersummarized the study of different syndrome types and tongue features of gastric cancer patients, comparison of tonguefeatures of gastric cancer patients with normal subjects, tongue researches of different pathological types of gastric cancerpatients, clinical observation of tongue symptoms of gastric cancer patients before and after treatment, laboratory indexcorrelation research, overview of tongue cancer patients with the study of tongue features, in order to provide a referencefor the study of the relationship between gastric cancer and tongue, providing a scientific basis for the clinical diagnosisand treatment of gastric cancer.
