摘    要:目的:对栀子药材进行整体质量表征研究,并通过对不同产地栀子药材及其易混品水栀子的质量表征信息进行比较分析,以发现栀子药材的质量表征特性与产地的关联性。方法:采用HPLC-PDA多波长分析方法,建立栀子药材多指标性成分含量合特征图谱分析方法,采用PLS-DA模型分析,找到不同产区栀子药材及易混品水栀子质量表征特性。结果:不同批次栀子药材中环烯醚萜苷和二萜苷类成分色谱峰无明显差异,但5号(二萜苷类)特征峰含量有明显差异,福建产区高于江西产区;不同批次栀子药材酚类成分色谱峰数量和含量均表现出明显特性,其中福建栀子具有11号特征峰、且高含量;江西栀子具有8号(绿原酸)特征峰、且高含量特征,呈现出产地栀子药材质量表征特性与品质特征。水栀子表征出酚类成分与产地关联质量特性,且具有21号特征峰;此外,水栀子中京尼平龙胆双糖苷含量较低。以栀子药材整体质量表征为比较,福建产区栀子、江西产区栀子分别聚为一处,水栀子单独聚为一处,s9(与水栀子混种栀子药材)批次单独聚为一处;由变量重要性因子分布图可知,特征峰21、11、12、17、8、19、14、5、10号色谱峰为主要质量特性信息成分。结论:本研究所建立的栀子药材整体质量表征方法准确、可靠;应用于栀子药材整体质量表征与质量评价,可区分栀子药材种源、种植、产地、采收等信息;从而为栀子药材质量评价提供科学依据。

Abstract:Objective: To study the whole quality characterization study of Chinese herbal medicine Fructus Gardeniae, and through the comparison and analysis of the quality characterization information of Fructus Gardeniae in differentproducing areas and their miscible scorpions Fructus Gardeniae Jas,ompodes Ellis, to find out the correlation between thequality characterization characteristics and the origin of Chinese herbal medicine Fructus Gardeniae. Methods: TheHPLC-PDA multi-wavelength analysis method was used to establish the method for multi-index component content ofgardenia jasminoides. PLS-DA model was used to identify the quality difference of gardenia jasminoides in differentregions. Results: The chromatographic peaks of iridoid glycosides and diterpenoid glycosides in different batches ofFructus of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis showed no significant difference, among which the contents of genipin1-geniposidein Fructus of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis f. longicarpa Z. W. Xie et Okada were lower, and the contents of characteristicpeak no. 5 were significantly different regions. The phenolic components of Fructus of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis fromdifferent batches were significantly different. Fructus of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis from Fujian had No. 11 characteristicpeak, Fructus of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis from Jiangxi had the characteristic of high content of No. 8 characteristicpeak components, Fructus of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis f. longicarpa Z. W. Xie et Okada had No. 21 characteristic peak,which distinguishes it from other Gardenia herbs. And Fructus of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis f. longicarpa Z. W. Xie etOkada from different origin also showed the difference in phenolic components contents. The overall quality of Fructus ofGardenia jasminoides Ellis was compared. Fructus of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis from Fujian and Jiangxi wererespectively gathered into one place, while Fructus of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis f. longicarpa Z. W. Xie et Okada wasseparately gathered into one place. The batch of s9 (plating missed with Fructus of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis f.longicarpa Z. W. Xie et Okada) was separately gathered into one place. According to the distribution diagram of variableimportance factors, the chromatographic peaks of No. 21, 11, 12, 17, 8, 19, 14, 5, and No. 10 were the main informationsources for the differences. Conclusion: The provenance, planting, producing area and harvesting information of Fructusof Gardenia jasminoides Ellis can be accurately distinguished by the quality characterization of gardenia overall qualitystudy, and then the results of the study could provide the research basis for the overall quality evaluation of Fructus ofGardenia jasminoides Ellis.
