胰岛素拮抗激素与糖尿病及酮症酸中毒的关系

[目的 ]研究胰岛素拮抗激素与糖尿病及酮症酸中毒的关系 .[方法 ]用放射免疫测定法对 1型糖尿病、2型糖尿病及酮症酸中毒患者进行了胰高血糖素、生长激素、皮质醇、T3 及T4的测定以及各组糖尿病治疗前后生长激素水平测定和酮症酸中毒纠正前后各种激素变化的比较 .[结果 ]胰高血糖素与糖尿病患者的空腹血糖呈正相关 ,胰高血糖素、生长激素及皮质醇均值在 1型糖尿病、2型糖尿病及酮症酸中毒组均高于正常对照组 ,1型糖尿病组又显著高于 2型糖尿病组 ,酮症酸中毒组显著高于 1型及2型糖尿病组 .1型糖尿病组、2型糖尿病组及酮症酸中毒组治疗前的生长激素均值显著高于正常对照组 .酮症酸中毒纠正后胰高血糖素、生长激素及皮质醇水平明显下降 ,糖尿病及酮症酸中毒患者出现低T3 综合征 .[结论 ]胰岛素拮抗激素与糖尿病及酮症酸中毒有密切的关系

Study on relation between insulin antagonistic hormone and diabetes as well as diabetic ketoacidosis

OBJECTIVE?To investigate the relationship b etween insulin antagonististic hormone and diabetes as well as diabetic ket oacidosis.?METHODS?According to the requirements of drug caske t of radioimmunoassay(RIA), the GG, GH, F, T 3 and T 4 were detected in ty pe l diabetes, type 2 diabetes and diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA), and the GH w as determined after and before treatment and the hormones differences were c ompa red between the before and after treatment.?RESULTS?Indicate t hat the GG and fa sting blood glucose are positive correlation. The mean value (MV) of GG, GH, F i n the groups of type 1 diabetes, type 2 diabetes and DKA was all higher than tha t in the control group, one in the type 1 diabetes was significantly higher than that in the type 2 diabetes and one in the DKA was significantly higher than th at in the type 1 and type 2 diabetes. The MV of GH before treatment in the group s of type 1,2 diabetes and DKA was all higher than the after treatment. But the three hormons after the correction of DKA were obviously decreased. The diabete s and DKA patients present with low T 3 syndrom.?CONCLUSION?I ns ulin antagonistic hormone is related closely to diabetes and its ketoacidosis.
