两种牵引疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效比较

为了比较三维快速牵引与传统腰椎持续牵引临床效果上的差别 ,将 118例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组 81例 ,采用三维快速牵引法治疗 ;对照组 37例 ,采用腰椎持续牵引法治疗 ;同时两组均配合手法及中药雾化疗法。观察结果显示 ,治疗组 81例治愈 72例 (占 88.88% ) ,总有效率 95 .0 6 % ;对照组 37例治愈 2 9例 (占 78.7% ) ,总有效率 86 .4 8%。两组比较 ,治疗组明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。表明对于腰椎间盘突出症的治疗 ,三维快速牵引术优于传统的腰椎持续牵引术。

A THERAPEUTIC-EFFECT COMPARISON OF TWO TRACTION THERAPIES FOR TREATING LUMBAR INTERVERTEBRAL DISK HERNIA

The purpose of the paper is to compare the clinical therapeutic-effect difference of three-dimensional rapid traction (TDRT) and traditional continuous lumbovertebral traction (TCLT). One hundred and eighteen cases of lumbar intervertebral disk hernia (LIDH) were randomly divided into the treated (n=81 cases) and the control (n=37 cases) groups, which were treated by TDRT and TCLT, respectively; and both groups received the auxiliary treatment by manipulations and nebulization therapy at the same time. The observed results showed that the treated group had 72 cured cases (88.88 %) and a total effective rate of 95.06 %, while the control had 29 cured cases (78.7 %) and a total effective rate of 86.84 %; the former had a significant advantage over the latter (P < 0.05). It was concluded that TDRT had an advantage over TCLT in the treatment of LIDH.
