黄芪注射液对老年高血压患者血小板参数及氧化应激指标的影响

目的:分析黄芪注射液对老年高血压患者血小板参数、氧化应激指标的影响。方法:选择郑州大学第一附属医院收治的70例老年高血压患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各35例。对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组患者在常规治疗基础上给予黄芪注射液治疗,观察两组患者的血小板参数及氧化应激指标(血清NO、SOD、NOS、MDA)的变化情况。结果:1观察组治疗2周后测定的PDW、MPV、PLCR、PCT水平均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2观察组患者治疗2周后的NO、NOS、SOD水平明显高于对照组,而MDA水平明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪注射液有助于改善老年高血压患者血小板参数和氧化应激指标,有利于改善机体综合状态,值得推广使用。

Influence of astragalus injection on platelet parameters and oxi-dative stress indices of elderly patients with hypertension

Objective：To investigate the influence of astragalus injection on platelet parameters and oxidative stress indices of elderly patients with hypertension .Methods：70 patients with hyperten-sion in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were selected and divided into control group and observation group , 35 cases in each .The control group was given conventional treat-ment, the observation group was given astragalus injection on the basis of conventional treatment . The platelet parameters and oxidative stress indices （ NO, SOD, NOS, MDA） of two groups were analyzed .Results：①After 2 weeks of treatment , the levels of PDW, MPV, PLCR, PCT in obser-vation group were significantly lower than control group （ P〈0 .05 ） .②After 2 weeks of treat-ment, the levels of NO, NOS and SOD in observation group were significantly higher than control group, while the level of MDA was significantly lower than control group （P〈0.05）.Conclu-sion：Astragalus injection could improve the levels of platelet parameters and oxidative stress indi-ces of elderly patients with hypertension , which is beneficial to improve the body＇s comprehensive state.It deserves the clinical expansion .
