| 摘 要： | 应用2.59MHz的高频消融心室肌和兔实验性心律失常的兴奋灶。结果表明,高频可引起心肌局灶性凝固性坏死;高频消融乌头碱注射部位,可使实验性心律失常恢复正常的时间明显缩短。高频消融未见有并发症。

| Abstract: | The article reports the ablation of ventricular myocardium and the focus of excitation of experimental arrhythmia in rabbits with 2.59 MHz high frequency. The results showed that focal coagulation necrosis in myocardium could be caused by high frequency and the time at which experimental arrhythmia re- turned to normal could be shorten by the high frequency ablation in injection site of aconitine. No complication was found in high frequency ablation. |
