| 摘 要： | 消溃灵是一种以儿茶和维生素B_2为主要成分的中西药复方制剂,对醋酸型大鼠胃溃疡有显著的修复作用,使溃疡病灶明显缩小、变浅或愈合;对应激型大鼠胃溃疡亦有较好的疗效。未见毒副作用,Ames试验为阴性,亦无致畸胎作用。 |

| Abstract: | Xiaokuiling, a kind of drug available for the gastric ulcer treatment, is mainly composed of catechu and vitamine B2, may reduce or shallow the ulcer foci which were induced by acetic acidin rats experimentally, even may cure itcompletely. The results of toxity experiment of the drug indicate that there are nor side-effects or no teratogenic action,and the Ames'test was negative. |
