| 摘 要： | 目的探讨闭合性十二指肠损伤诊断和手术方式的选择。方法回顾性分析本院1997-2007年收治的36例十二指肠损伤诊治经过。结果36例患者术前确诊6例，术中确诊30例，治愈32例，治愈率为88．9％。结论合理的手术方式是治疗十二指肠损伤的重要措施，早期手术和有效的十二指肠减压是影响预后的主要因素。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the diagnosis and surgical approach in patients suffering from duodenal injuries.Methods The clinical data of 36 cases of duodenal injury in our hospital from 1997 to 2007 were summarized retrospectively.Results Six patients were diagnosed preoperatively,and 30 cases were diagnosed in operation.32 cases were cured(88.9%).Conclusion Simple and reasonable surgical procedure plays a important role in management of duodenal trauma.Early operation and effective decompression of the duodenum are the major factors for prognosis. |
